As the IT Manager of The Northstar Group, I want to take this moment to wholeheartedly welcome you to our new website!

The Northstar  IT team spent months brainstorming, planning and programming this new website with very specific goals in mind. Rather than just being 'pretty' like many of our competitors, we designed this website to have loads of content and tools that make your life easier.

Our new and improved Upload Tool and MyNorthStore.com are back for another round, but some of the new features really have me excited.

Our Print and Promo FAQ section has juicy tidbits about print and promotional marketing (shhh! don't tell anybody!)

The Print Blog (which you are reading right now) will have thoughts on new products, musings on problems and solutions, and insights into the world of print and promotional marketing - and how it can help you!

My absolute most favorite new feature, however, is the Live Chat tool. You can access it from PrintNorthstar.com or MyNorthStore.com by clicking on the Live Help logo. (This picture is just an example -->)

Then, enter your name and you will immediately be connected to a live chat session with either me or one of my staff. Feel free to ask any questions about sales, support, online ordering, or our website. We are all based on-site so if we don't know the answer, we can find out quickly.

If you see the 'Away' logo, we are away from our computers but will be back soon. The red 'Offline' logo indicates that there is not currently IT staff in the office. Never fear - clicking on the logo will let you leave a message that will be emailed to us.

Of course, you can always call us at 847-215-0880 if you have a question or just want to chat as well :)
